I started regular sessions at Ultimate Strength over a year ago. I go twice a week and rarely miss a session. This is a miracle for me as previously I have been a very poor gym attender. Like many people I found it hard to sustain the commitment.
What’s made the difference? Well, the training is very much geared to individual needs, that means you can see results quickly and that helps motivation. Sessions are also organised so that you always feel you are making progress.
I personally set my goals in relation to general muscle toning and I can really see a difference – a great improvement in shape which is very important to women, of course.

Having had major shoulder surgery I came to ULTIMATE STRENGTH at the suggestion of my physiotherapist. In consultation with my therapist, Yoram designed a programme that enabled me to re-establish the strength in my Rotator Cuff and because of that I was able to get back to playing tennis much faster than I had expected.

I have been training now with Yoram for about 1 year, having previously worked with several other trainers, who all adopted similar ‘conventional’ training programmes.
Yoram’s distinctive training format is more scientific and engaging, allowing you to see and feel the difference on a session by session basis. The closely monitored, self challenging approach makes the training sessions pass quickly- which for me makes this style of training so appealing.
What distinguishes Yoram from many other trainers (apart from the actual exercise regime) is his extensive background knowledge of the body and fitness matters.
