Every session is one to one with Yoram Sher, director and head coach. Yoram is Kieser-trained, has been on this floor since 2005, and reads and answers every enquiry himself.
A first visit is forty minutes by appointment: a walk-through of the studio, a conversation about your history (current training, past injury, what brought you in), and a single calibration set on the MedX. Then you leave. If, at the end, you would rather not return, there is no obligation to.
A single session is £90. Block bookings (ten or twenty sessions) are available at a lower per-session rate. Pricing is the same for all clients, all sessions, all conditions.
One-to-one, appointment only. You are the only client on the floor.

Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, by appointment.
“I have been training with Yoram for about ten years and he's the only trainer that has made me feel obligated to attend his sessions. And that is because I could see such a difference in my stamina and strength - and also because I have managed to drop a dress size!! I have to admit that I don't always want to train, but then I leave feeling revitalised, and know it's been so worthwhile. ”
